Wisdom Worth Having is an education reform movement dedicated to restoring wisdom, virtue, and excellence in the formation of the next generation. Founded by Joshua Sutcliffe, it argues that true education breaks down into two essential categories: Faith and Skills.

 

On the skills side, young people should progress according to their age and interests along a clear pathway: reading, writing, numeracy, logic, debate, and public speaking — then move into payable, real-world skills such as business, media, personal finance, risk, cooking, trades, and more.  

 

On the faith side, formation follows the biblical progression Paul describes — from milk to meat — so that students grow from foundational gospel truths into deep spiritual maturity, wisdom, and godly character.
